Appletorre Booking

We now have an online booking system allowing you to book direct from our website. If you wish to book online or simply check our availability just click here.

To book your stay with us by phone please call us on 01803 296430 (or +441803 296430 from outside of the UK) to confirm availiablity and pricing.

We also require that you complete a booking form and return this to us by post if booking in advance or in person if it is a last minute booking. A copy of the booking form is available here.

We advise that you view the booking terms and conditions before booking.

Booking terms & conditions

  1. The accommodation shall be used only by the persons listed on the booking form. The person making the booking must be over 18.
  2. A deposit secures booking. The balance must be paid one month prior to the holiday. A booking is complete when you receive official confirmation.
  3. In the event of cancellation you will be liable to the full cost of the holiday, if we are unable to re-let. We strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance. Deposits are not refundable.
  4. The hirer will be held responsible for the contents of the flat whilst in his/her possession including cleanliness. Any damage to the flat or contents is chargeable.
  5. The proprietors shall not be liable to any person for any injury, or loss of, or damage to property, including motor vehicles and contents, however caused or sustained.
  6. Electricity by £1 meters. All apartments are separately metered.
  7. In the interests of others, visitors are requested to ensure that the noise is kept to a reasonable level.
  8. Accommodation is offered subject to being available at the time of receiving the booking form together with deposit.
  9. No pets may be brought into the apartments.
  10. The proprietors reserve the right to retake possession of the apartment if in their opinion, any party acts in a manner considered prejudicial to the comfort, safety or well being of other guests or proprietors.
  11. In the interests of safety and for the benefit of all, children must not play in the halls, staircases, or the car-park.
  12. Flats are available for occupation from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Notification of the approximate time of arrival would be appreciated.
  13. Please note this is a non-smoking establishment.
  14. No candles are to be lit in the flats.
